We hope you are delighted with your Alessandra Rich purchase; however, if you are not entirely satisfied, you may return your items within 14 days of receipt for a full refund. Please ensure all garments are returned in their original condition, unworn and with all designer tags and security seals still attached.
Request a Return
Log into your account or visit our Returns Portal to select the items you wish to send back and receive your unique Return Authorization Number.
Prepare Your Package
Place the items in their original designer packaging and shipping box, ensuring the return form and Authorization Number are included inside.
Schedule a Pickup
Affix the provided pre-paid shipping label to the outside of the box and schedule a complimentary courier collection or drop it off at an authorized location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our atelier has inspected and approved the condition of your return, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days.
